Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination country.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Australia & Oceania: 8–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–18 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Deliveries are handled through trusted international logistics partners and local carriers.
3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: depending on destination
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 8–21 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders.
No hidden shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Please note that international customers may be responsible for:

- import taxes
- local handling fees
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside Elégoria's control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch depending on the carrier.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Elégoria is not liable for delays caused by external shipping providers or customs authorities.

Elégoria is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- clear photographs of the packaging and product
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Elégoria will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
